If you are an owner or a resident in a strata building managed by StrataBee, you can get easy access to all the strata related information about your building via the Property IQ Online Portal. You will be able to see and pay your levies and download up-to-date financial reports for your building.

The portal is a feature of the new strata management software we are transitioning to. As such it is not quite ready for customer access at the moment. As soon as it goes live, all interested parties who have provided their email addresses for contact will be sent a link to activate their access. Please note, these emails will come from Property IQ, not from StrataBee, so please keep an eye out for them.
