Here’s how to make sure it’s handled quickly:

2️⃣ Provide details – include your property address, lot number, location of the issue, and a short description
3️⃣ Attach a photo – this helps us send the right trade straight away
4️⃣ For emergencies (such as leaks, electrical faults or safety hazards), call right away instead of emailing
